img.photobucket.com/albums/v622/hogwartsexpress/MS1%20RED/logobar-ms1.jpgIn order to place your forum name inside of the banner, you must first have photoshop. Any version will do. If you do not have photoshop please post under the requests area with your forum name and how you wish it to look, and I will create one for you. If you have photoshop... click on the url provided to display the banner, copy the image and paste it into photoshop. Then add a blank layer to add the text where you wish it to be. Then if you want any gradients added to the letters, just right click on the text layer and select blending options. Then you can add whatever effect you want to the text. If you wish to have the same effects as the modskins logo, apply an inner bevel, which I believe looks the best. Once you have your banner the way you want, save the document for your desktop, in case you wish to change it later. Once saved, flatten the image by selecting the drop down arrow next to the layers palette. Once flattened, hit the file button, then select save for web. First select the jpeg option in drop down box. Then on the right side panel, find the value adjuster, and select 100%. This will get rid of all pixelation within your piece. Once completed you may then hit the save button. Save it directly to your desktop, so it is easier to find later. Once you have saved the image under you desktop as a jpeg image. Go onto the internet and go to www.photobucket.com. This site enables you to save images on the web. It is completely free and signing up is easy. Once you are registered, log in to your account. Select the upload images and videos button. Then find your banner on the desktop, the one that was saved for the web. Once the download is complete, your image will show up in the photobucket main area. Hover your mouse over the image and you will see the direct link code provided for your banner. Copy that url and paste it in the modify skin area of your board. (Also listed above).
